Libraries and Institutions must print a copy of the appropriate Institutional User Agreement (either the single-site or multi-site license agreement depending on your situation) and return the completed form to ASCE by mail:

Single-Site License Agreement

For purposes of the Single-Site License, an "Authorized Site" is a localized site (one geographical location) that is under a single administration. For an organization with locations in more than one city, each city is considered to be a different site. For an organization that has multiple locations in the same city that are administered independently, each location is considered to be a different site. No access from remote campuses or remote sites and no consortia or other forms of subscription sharing are allowed under this License Single-Site License Agreement (Download and print)

Multi-Site License Agreement

A Multi-Site License applies to organizations with locations in more than one city (each city is considered to be a different site), or organizations that have multiple locations in the same city that are administered independently (in which case, each location is considered to be a different site). Access from remote campuses or remote sites, and consortia or other forms of subscription sharing are allowed under this License Multi-Site License Agreement (Download and print)
